This is your onboarding link and is an important part of getting you and up running with us. Please complete the items below for the first steps in becoming a member of our team. 

Safety Courses

The next 4 online courses require completion. Once you’re done, you’ll receive a certificate. Do all 4 of the courses and provide each certificate in a single email to your manager. 

First up…the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Training. Already have a certificate? Please forward it to your direct manager. Otherwise – please enter your email and complete the training below.

The second one – Workplace Violence & Harassment Training. There are some steps to this one. 

Please click on the link below and follow these steps.

Workplace Violence & Harassment Awareness

  1. Click on the blue button Add to cart.
  2. Then view the cart.
  3. Then click on checkout.
  4. You will need to create an account.
  5. Once created you will need to confirm your email through the link that was sent to your email.
  6. Then checkout and enter the address and the rest of the relevant information.

It will NOT ask for payment as the course is free. Then proceed with the course as outlined below.

Third – your WHMIS safety training (Updated Annually). Click the below

Fourth and Lastly – Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps. Already have a certificate? Please forward it to your direct manager.

Lastly – we’ll need you to fill out the following forms and provide them back to your direct manager. 

  1. Your Employee Info Sheet
  2. Your Tech Agreement
  3. Your Personal Tax Credits form.
  4. Another Personal Tax Credits form

Managers! We need the forms below filled out. 

Please download and complete the forms in the links below. Once these forms are completed, please provide them to Claudia Isch, Nat’s EA.
